As a Birth Doula my role is to best support and inform you and your partner on the choices that are made at birth. Leading up to your birth I will educate you on comfort techniques, help create your birth plan, and inform you on how your mind and emotional well-being has more to do with your labor than what you think! Together we will build a trusting relationship, and you will be offered reassurance, empathy, and a calming presence, which can significantly reduce anxiety and fear resulting in a beautiful birth experience!
